Darlist
Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules for using Darlist. By using the service, you agree to act lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith.
Using the service
Darlist is designed to help people create wishlists, share them, and reserve gifts. You may use the service only in ways that comply with applicable law and do not interfere with other users or the platform.
You are responsible for the content you add to your account, including wishlist items, links, uploaded images, and profile text.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and for actions taken through your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.
Access to some features may require verification, active account status, or compliance with product rules and technical limits.
Wishlist content and bookings
Wishlist data is provided by users. Product titles, images, descriptions, and links may be edited manually or filled from external metadata and may not always be complete or accurate.
Gift bookings are intended to help avoid duplicates, but Darlist does not guarantee availability, pricing, delivery, or successful completion of any real-world transaction.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to upload unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or misleading content. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass protections, scrape restricted data, or access accounts that are not yours.
We may remove content or limit access when needed to protect users, comply with legal requirements, or preserve platform integrity.
Availability and liability
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darlist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, third-party links, external products, or user-generated content.
